Curry Noodles

This can be made quick and dirty with pre-made curry sauce or with homemade

Boil water and cook long pasta noodles or flat rice noodles

Saute whatever veggies you have on hand, broccoli, peas and onion work well. Raisins are also a good addition. So would bell peppers but we don't like them.

Add Pre-made curry sauce or

Coconut milk
Curry paste
Siracha

* a tablespoon on crunchy peanut butter makes it extra creamy and awesome


When noodles are done, toss.
